Classes for every stage of growth

From first cartwheels to competition-ready skills, our programs are designed to help athletes progress safely and confidently.

Beginner Tumbling

This class is perfect for young athletes with little to no tumbling experience. Students will be introduced to basic tumbling skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. The class will focus on body awareness, coordination, balance, flexibility, listening skills, and confidence-building.

Athletes will work on beginner skills such as forward rolls, bridges, jumps, bear crawls, and cartwheel basics. This class is designed to help athletes build a strong foundation, learn to follow instructions, take turns, and have fun moving their bodies while preparing for more advanced tumbling classes.

Intermediate Tumbling

This class is designed for athletes who have some tumbling experience and are ready to continue building their skills. Students will focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body control while learning proper technique in a safe and encouraging environment.

Athletes will work on skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, backbend kickovers, walkovers, back handspring drills, back handsprings, and basic tumbling connections. This class helps athletes grow in confidence, improve form, and prepare for more advanced tumbling skills.

Advanced Tumbling: Any Age

This class is designed for athletes who already have strong tumbling experience and are ready to work on higher-level skills. Students will focus on strength, flexibility, body control, technique, power, and confidence while training in a safe and encouraging environment.

Athletes will work on more advanced skills such as front handsprings, aerials, tucks, layouts, fulls, and jump-to-tumbling combinations. This class is a great fit for athletes who are ready to continue progressing, improve form, and prepare for higher-level cheer and tumbling skills.

Cheer Prep

Cheer Prep is the perfect class for athletes who want to try cheerleading without joining an All Star competitive team. This is a non-competitive, 8-week class designed to introduce athletes to the basics of cheer in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment.

Athletes will learn beginner cheer skills such as motions, jumps, basic tumbling, dance, chants, and simple stunt technique. During the session, they will work together to learn a short routine that they will perform for family and friends at the end of the class.

Cheer Prep is a great option for athletes who are new to cheer, want to build confidence and coordination, or are interested in learning more about cheer before making a bigger commitment.

All Star Cheer

All Star Cheer is a competitive cheerleading program for athletes who are ready to train, grow, and perform as part of a team. Athletes will work on cheer skills including motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, dance, performance, and routine technique while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork.

Teams are formed based on age, skill level, and experience so each athlete can be placed where they will be most successful. All Star Cheer requires commitment to practices, performances, and competitions throughout the season.

This program is perfect for athletes who love cheer, want to improve their skills, and are excited to be part of a team that works together toward shared goals.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are available by request and are designed for athletes who want one-on-one instruction to focus on specific skills. These lessons allow athletes to receive personalized coaching, extra practice, and individualized feedback to help build confidence, improve technique, and progress at their own pace.

Private lessons may focus on tumbling, jumps, motions, cheer technique, or skill-specific goals based on the athlete’s needs.
